Twenty-one students and five faculty members were inducted into the Society of Fellows of Dyson College as members of the R. Emilio Fernández Class of Fellows. Each new class is named for a long-standing Fellow who has made a significant contribution to the ideals and activities of the Society. Associate Professor of Mathematics R. Emilio Fernández, PhD, has been a Fellow in the Society since 2019 and joined the SOF faculty board soon after. During this time, SOF has led and developed several weekend seminars, sponsored six students to become Fellows, and helped increase the visibility of Pleasantville students.
